We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Elderwise account, please review the information below to understand the process and its implications.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once completed, the following changes take effect:
Profile Removed
Your user profile, preferences, and account settings will be permanently erased from our systems.
Data Deleted
All personal data, care logs, and assessment history associated with your account will be deleted.
Access Revoked
You will lose access to all Elderwise services, including any shared care plans or reports.
Irreversible
This action cannot be undone. You would need to create a new account to use Elderwise again.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Submit a Deletion Request
Contact our support team at privacy@elderwise.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
Identity Verification
We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. You may be asked to confirm details associated with your account.
Processing Period
Your request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been fully removed.
Important: This Action Is Permanent
Before proceeding, please consider the following:
