Elderwise collects and stores the following categories of personal data as part of providing our services:

Name, email address, phone number, and other profile details you provide during registration.
Health Records
Care observations, assessment results, clinical summaries, and any health data entered into the platform.
Usage Data
App interaction logs, feature usage patterns, and device information used to improve our services.
Communication Records
Support tickets, correspondence history, and notification preferences associated with your account.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send Your Request
Email privacy@elderwise.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include your full name and registered email address.
Specify the Data
Let us know whether you want all data deleted or only specific categories (e.g., health records, usage data). You may also choose to delete data while keeping your account active.
Verification
We will verify your identity before processing the request to protect against unauthorized deletions.
Processing Timeline
Days to Complete
Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 calendar days of identity verification.
You will receive an acknowledgment within 5 business days of submitting your request, and a final confirmation once deletion is complete. Some data may be retained if required by healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, but we will inform you of any exceptions.
